Non so che cosa volesse dire

il fatto che io mi sentissi così triste

da non riuscire a ricordare

un'antica favola.

L'aria è fresca e si fa scuro,

e il Reno scorre calmo;

i merli dei castelli brillano

nella luce del tramonto.

La bellissima vergine siede

lassù su quello scenario incantevole

il suo monile dorato luccica

e pettina i suoi capelli biondi

Li pettina con un pettine d'oro

e canta una canzone contemporaneamente;

ha una meravigliosa

elegante melodia.

Questo canto rapisce

il navigante nell'umile barchetta

con struggente nostalgia

egli non si accorge della scogliera.

Credo di poter mescolare alla fine

le onde, il marinaio e la barca.

E credo che ciò si sia verificato grazie

al canto di Loreley.

Sembrerà sdolcinata come presentazione, ma ho voluto inserire questa poesia di Heinrich Heine poichè significa molto per me. Mi ricorda la scuola ed i miei compagni, il periodo più bello della mia vita finora.
