Earth,
Water,
Fire,
Air,
Life is really good and fair.
Then, the giant does awake
and the world begins to quake.
Sudden rise the screams of fear,
a crawling snake it does appear.
Feet are trembling in the night,
arms and hands are clutching tight.
Man, remember what you are,
just a seed, don't go too far !
Earth,

Death has come and brings despair.
Questa poesia, come l'altra mia "Tsunami", è dedicata al Giappone e alle sue numerose vittime.
L'uomo dovrebbe ricordarsi più spesso che è solo di passaggio in questo mondo e sarebbe meglio che sfruttasse in modo costruttivo il tempo concessogli.
Non so perché mi è venuta in inglese, ma spero che vi piaccia lo stesso!
